• Darbin Skeans, CCIM, serves as Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness / Imperial Realty, specializing in the sale of industrial and office properties in the Lehigh Valley of Eastern Pennsylvania. With 32 years of commercial real estate experience, Skeans has handled transactions including the development of office/industrial parks, the sale of golf resort property, leasing office, industrial and retail projects, sale and/or exchange of numerous office and industrial buildings, and consulting on a 1,000,000 square ft. industrial re-use project in Brooklyn, NY.
• Darbin is a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, earned in 1983. He served as President of the CCIM Institute in 2001. Darbin has represented the CCIM Institute before businesses and professional groups around the globe. • Costantinos “Costas” Hrousis serves as senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializes in the sale of retail, industrial and bulk land. With 14 years of commercial real estate experience in northeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Hrousis has secured over 60 sales transactions with a career sales volume valued at over $200 million.
• Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Hrousis served as director of real estate for Perkins Restaurant & Bakeries. His territory included a portion of the eastern United States where he oversaw development of new stores for corporate locations and franchisees. Previously, he worked for a local developer where he managed over 300,000 square feet of office space and assisted in several retail development projects.
• Career highlights include: assisting in the development and sale of the Shoppes at Saucon Square, which totaled approximately 180,000 square feet, anchored by a Superfresh. For this development, Hrousis aided in the land acquisition, assisted in the leasing and brokerage, which ultimate lead to the disposition of the property to Mid Atlantic Realty Trust with a selling price of $10 million.

Shawn Donahue, MBA
