- Darbin Skeans, CCIM, serves as Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness / Imperial Realty, specializing in the sale of industrial and office properties in the Lehigh Valley of Eastern Pennsylvania. With 32 years of commercial real estate experience, Skeans has handled transactions including the development of office/industrial parks, the sale of golf resort property, leasing office, industrial and retail projects, sale and/or exchange of numerous office and industrial buildings, and consulting on a 1,000,000 square ft. industrial re-use project in Brooklyn, NY.
- Darbin is a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, earned in 1983. He served as President of the CCIM Institute in 2001. Darbin has represented the CCIM Institute before businesses and professional groups around the globe. He has participated in Real Estate Conferences in the United Kingdom, France, and Germany and traveled to China to set up a cooperative educational venture for the CCIM Institute. Darbin is joined in business with Debby, his wife of 32 years, and their son Tom.

- Career highlights include the sale of a $2.4 million retail property in Bethlehem Township, PA, the sale of a $1.25 million 16,000 square foot office building, and the sale and lease of a 15,000 square foot property in the City of Bethlehem.
- As an active member of the commercial real estate community, Skeans is a designated member of the CCIM Institute. He is also a member of the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors.
